Each county has resources and hotline numbers. All hotline numbers are confidential and available 24/7. Hotline numbers are staff by trained professionals who will assist in safety planning and will refer to available resources. Services are available to victims who do not speak English or who are hearing impaired (for Delaware Relay Services, dial 711).
