In order to receive referrals from Delaware Courts and the Delaware Department of Corrections, Domestic Violence Intervention Programs are required to be certified through Domestic Violence Coordinating Council’s Certification Panel and operate in accordance with the Domestic Violence Intervention Standards.

New DVI Provider Certification Application This is required for any new provider seeking DVCC certification for the first time. Please submit by emailing your completed form to DVCC_Information@delaware.gov on or before March 7, 2025.
The Director of each Certified Program shall complete the steps below to submit the required materials to the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council each year:
1. Fill out the Online Recertification Application Form This is required for all current DVCC Certified DVI Programs that are recertifying.
2. Complete the Continuing Education Training Log and proof of training attendance (Certificates or a completed and signed Attestation of Completed Training Form* for each training completed.) This is required for every staff person with a current classification of Facilitator or Supervisor and who is remaining in that classification for this review year.
3. Submit the Statement of Qualifications form and required supporting documents. This is only required for any NEW staff person who has never submitted a form before or any staff person who is reclassifying their position (example: Facilitator to Supervisor). Staff reclassifying can reflect their annual 12 continuing education hours in the training log that comes with this form.
Additional Forms to be submitted as needed:
4. Request for Program Modification form – This is only required if the program has made changes since the last reporting year that need Panel approval.
5. *Attestation of Completed Training form – This is only required for any staff who is reporting training on their Training Log that doesn’t have a certificate of attendance.
DVCC Certified Program recertification application must be completed, and supporting forms sent to DVCC_Information@delaware.gov, on or before March 7, 2025.
