Training
The Domestic Violence Coordinating Council is a State agency legislatively created to improve Delaware's response to domestic violence. Our entire community is affected by domestic violence and the community benefit through education is both immediate and long-term. We are committed to reducing the number of domestic violence incidents in our community and to improve the future of women, men, and children exposed to it.
